Green Dot is a violence prevention program that invites everyone of us to participate in the solutions to prevent stalking, partner violence, sexual assault, and rape. The idea is simple: if you see a situation of potential violence, intervene. Step in directly, get some help, knock down a bunch of cereal boxes or yell your abcs. Do something, anything, that will reduce the likelihood that violence will occur.
The Green Dot program at the University of Portland was supported by Grant No. 2011-WA-AX-0017 awarded by the Office on Violence Against Women, U.S., DOJ.Video created by Katie Schuster.
